Six Sigma is a highly disciplined process that focuses organizational resources on developing and delivering near-perfect products and services.
To practice better process management, Innovator can be configured to more effectively manage this process from early capture, through analysis, and control. This module contains the necessary forms to facilitate capturing appropriate project details such as project scope and y-response, as well as routing projects to the appropriate Black Belts, Process Owners, and Business Leaders to ensure complete and timely follow-up.
Because Six Sigma projects can encompass many different aspects of an organization, the module includes analysis questions for new processes, products, cost reductions, and savings opportunities.
More rigor can be added by enabling task management functionality. This enforces accountability for tasks, with deadlines, for multiple groups within your process.
